Associate Solicitor, Dispute Resolution & Litigation
Ewen joined the firm in September 2017 as a trainee solicitor and, in September 2019, was admitted to the roll of solicitors, qualifying into Ralli’s commercial litigation department. Having obtained a degree in Business Studies from the University of Liverpool, Ewen spent a number of years assisting with the development of companies within the claims management and financial services sectors. Whilst working full-time in this role, Ewen completed in his legal training and gained a distinction on the Legal Practice Course.
Ewen has a wide variety of skills which, coupled with his commercial experience, has enabled him to resolve disputes and, where necessary, achieve favourable judgments, for his clients on various high value and complex matters to include insolvency, partnership, and shareholder disputes, a wide range of contractual disputes, professional negligence claims and unlawful means conspiracies.
Ewen is a hard working individual who works well in a team and looks to provide detailed but clear commercial advice to enable his clients to make informed decisions on how to proceed.
In his spare time, Ewen enjoys sport – especially football and rugby and enjoys playing it as much as he can.
