PROBATE
We charge 1% of the Gross Value of the Estate plus disbursements.
Where Gross Value of the Estate comprises a house (up to £750,000 in value) we charge £595 plus VAT and disbursements for sale of the house and balance of the estate at 1% as described above.
Minimum Charge for a Probate file is: £2,000 plus VAT, plus disbursements, plus conveyancing fee of £595 plus VAT for sale of a house in the estate.
TRUSTS
These will be undertaken at an hourly rate and cost will therefore depend on complexity. A quotation can be provided at the outset.
