Employment Law and Dispute Resolution – Solicitor
Amelia Waters (or Millie to her friends) is an Employment and Litigation solicitor with the firm who qualified in October 2025. She assists in the Employment and Commercial Litigation departments, assisting on a wide variety of cases and for a wide range of business and senior executives in the Employment department. She also deals with commercial debt recovery matters.
Millie joined Ralli in October 2023 and started her training contract working with our employment and corporate teams. She has therefore gained considerable experience already in a variety of legal fields. Millie has also attended numerous networking events and enjoys engaging with and building relationships with existing and potential clients.
Before her time with Ralli, Millie studied Law, the Legal Practice Course and a Masters in Law at the University of Liverpool.
Outside of her professional life, Millie enjoys reading, city breaks in Europe and walks with her two rather large dogs. She also bakes decorative cakes for family and friends and, if we are lucky, for her colleagues.
