Dispute Resolution, Partner

Gareth Jones is a partner and Head of Commercial Dispute Resolution at the firm leading our team of highly skilled commercial litigation solicitors.

Gareth joined the firm in 2024 having developed considerable expertise in the commercial litigation field in career exceeding 20 years.   Gareth trained at a large regional practice before moving to a boutique commercial firm in Manchester where he was in a similar role for over a decade before moving to Ralli.  He also brings considerable management expertise to the firm and is assisting the senior partners with all aspects of the business.

Gareth has a wide-ranging practice dealing with all aspects of property litigation, possession claims, professional negligence, general commercial litigation and high value debt recovery.  Gareth also has a particular specialism in cohabitation (TOLATA) disputes.

Gareth places a lot of value in building relationships with his clients and liaising with other departments with the aim of providing holistic commercial advice to our clients.  His aim is always to become a clients trusted adviser and that is shown by the repeat business with the clients we work with.

Outside of work, Gareth is lifelong rugby league fan and regular attendee at St.Helens RLFC whenever possible. He also supports Manchester United which has become more of a chore these days.  Gareth also enjoys socialising with friends and spending time with his family and walking his dogs, a Labrador and cocker spaniel.  Gareth also has a very keen interest in music, television and film.
