Tom joined the firm in September 2025, bringing with him over 15 years’ litigation experience.
Tom specialises in general Chancery and Commercial matters, including Shareholder / Directors / Partnership disputes, disputed wills and estates. Tom also routinely acts in relation to defamation and privacy matters.
Tom also has experience acting on behalf of landlords and management agents in the Property Tribunal, including service charge recovery, alleged mismanagement of developments as well as S20 applications.
Tom aims to provide straightforward, pragmatic and commercial advice on the best way for his clients to reach their objectives.
Tom lives in Northwich with his 4 cats. He is a Northwich town councillor and member of the local archery club. Tom is regularly disappointed by Luton Town FC and enjoys cooking, reading, film and television.
