- Experience Level: 5+ years PQE
What We’re Looking For:
- A minimum of 5 years PQE with a solid background in commercial property transactions
- Proven ability to manage files from instruction through to completion
- A proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
Key Responsibilities:
You will be involved in a broad range of high-quality commercial property matters, including:
- Drafting and negotiating commercial leases
- Advising on and preparing option agreements
- Handling land assembly and development projects
- Managing a diverse caseload of commercial property transactions
