Mark Higgins, Mona Niayesh and Adrian Anderson, all members of the Corporate and employment teams at Ralli, appeared at The Emirates Stadium, London on the 21 and 22 May The majority of delegates were solicitors from firms up and down the UK, and initially they looked a little bit surprised to see the Ralli crew out in force. Once we explained the rationale behind our appearance, it became clear. Ralli has a specialist team of solicitors who work in the area of partnership law and as well as giving interesting and informative lectures, we were also able to alert other solicitors to potential pitfalls that partnerships might encounter.
Mark and Mona spoke to the delegates in the employment stream and delivered very informative talks on the recruitment process,drafting employment contracts, restrictive covenants, policies and the staff handbook.
